Well after two different shops for solving my headlights issues finally got them fixed. But costly indeed. About 350.00 at jiffy lube in which at least one 60.00 part was not needed, the 230.00 I'm sure also was not necessary but that part is questionable.
Master tech charged me for the diagnosis which was 170.00 another 60.00 for pulling the dash seeking the short.
Ended up being a simple broken wire on my starter that was grounded out. But my bill was 313.00 so nearly 700.00 for that EEK!!

Great road scene, Steve---I love the color of the sky and gravel, a kind of late day pinkish beauty. Your model stares us down, and looks like she won't take any trouble from anyone...I love her stance, and her hat too, and that deep slate-purple car she stands in front of...and the deep farmland all around...with an old, old wagon, and an old home down the road. A wonderful road image, with your model looking like an outlaw who's left the big city to hit the open road. Love what you did with this. And I'm sorry about your car--the expense and the roller coaster of it all. And the absurdity of how they put you though so much only to reveal that you had a couple of things wrong.
