One of the Underground Shamans I went to this Shaman with some questions about friendship. I often get confused when all the words seem like the right ones, but something feels wrong - maybe. I'm never sure. She nodded, and told me to just hang out with her and her buddies - and said, “Pay attention.” I spent a whole afternoon there, but nothing happened. Nothing! Nothing at all. Then she said, "Just let it come to you." Three days later, this is what came to me: She's a bit severe-looking, but her friends like her anyway. They spend Time with her. They don't heap piles of words on how they feel about her, or what they think about her, or how they "are there for her." They just are there. It doesn't look like much. but - somehow - the caverns of hearts - are filled - a bond is forged. A kind of formless, hard to see, hard to define, invisible treasure - lives.
