One of the Underground Shamans
There are no power lines in this World. There are no underground cables, no power plants, no fossil fuel emissions. There are no extension cords here, no tangle of wires under or behind the objects of Home or Work.
Schools here, focus on teaching the development of the natural Gifts of its citizenry - each Gift with a perfectly-fitting Purpose for the functioning of a healthy culture and a healthy World.
Here, every child is raised with the daily awareness that its own Gift is for the mutual benefit of all - and the awareness that everyone is important - essential - to everyone else, and to their World.

your descriptions are little narratives, little 'scenes' that set up a grand story. Your narrative here is of a utopian world where everyone brings out their best, and gives it to everyone else. (There are all kinds of 'pockets' of that, during this covid-time...you see it on YouTube, and hear it out the window...it would be nice if it grew and grew, and continued well beyond this point.)
Your shaman has a head like a lightbulb, in a way; and she/he has a bulb on their head, with a stare of electrified energy, and a sense that she/he can radiate energy to all souls. (You said there are no power lines here, etc: If the teachers and students are like this, there's no need for power lines.) Big towers in the background, and there's something restful and non-intimidating about them. Sweet reddish-gold light on the lanterns behind the shaman, too. A really fascinating image, with a gorgeous salmon-pink-tinged sky, a sky like silk...a very vivid evocation of this shaman and their world.
A magic light or an advanced tech that looks like magic light...
How do I get there? Sounds like a much better place than this...
