Description
In honor of Vincent Van Gogh, she paints his beloved olive grove on canvas during the golden hour.

My favorite series of paintings by Vincent Van Gogh is the Irises series but the Olive Grove series is a close second. This artwork was both inspired by and a tribute to my favorite Van Gogh olive grove painting. The original painting can be seen on the canvas she has just painted in the bottom right corner. I tried to recreate the painting with realistic scenery as close as I could while still making it look aesthetically pleasing. I have to admit, I’m rather proud of this artwork. It turned out far better than I could have hoped.

Wonderful Van Gogh style imagery!
This turned out beautifully! The lighting and effect you applied definitely makes it look like a painting (of someone painting)! But it does look like she might be about to stab the canvas with that brush! :-)
