Description
This is a slight rework of my last render, based on a suggestion by Greywolf44.
The idea was that changing the colour of the dress would make the character
stand out more, and one of the colours suggested was blue. Anyway, I decided
to give it a try, and changed the base colour of the dress to RGB 0-15-137,
which is the colour code for .................. phthalo blue. :)
I'm very pleased with how it turned out, and a big thank-you to Greywolf44
for the idea.
Thanks for looking!

I was thinking more along the lines of softer more subdued colors, but this is very bold and eye catching! I have to admit that while in college Phthalo Blue was my favorite color (LOL) once I got into my painting classes.
LOL! Thanks very much, Greywolf44!
I looked at using some softer colours, but in the end I couldn't resist the temptation of using Phthalo Blue!
I think the other was just fine myself despite the comment by him.
Thanks, eekdog!
Very much appreciated!
I must say I prefer the other one...here, the contrat is too strong -in my opinion- between the dress and the background. Both are great.
Thanks, gaius! I think I prefer the first one as well, but it's always interesting to experiment with different ideas!
Simply beautiful.
Thanks very much, giareg!
the other I like MUCH better.. if she was to have a colored dress than a very pale color.. this one detracts from her awesome skin tones.
Thanks very much, Digital_Dames! I think there is a definite trend developing!
I like the other one too my friend, but still it's wonderful image my friend.
Thanks very much, adrie! I really appreciate it!

It takes great creative ingenuity to put a scene like this together and you have it in absolute oodles! So well done!
This is a good change. The previous one is great, but she does stand out better in this one.

I know now I should be joking about grandmother's crochet tablecloth ... But no. Instead, I commend your render, which looks really photo-realistic. Bravo!
Very pretty lady! Nice pose and scene!
Thanks so much, romangirl!
I really love the lighting here. It has such a classical feel to it for me. Beautifully done. :)
Thanks very much, BellaDark! The lighting took some experimenting, but we always benefit by learning something new!
I used to use that color a lot in commercial art, I can still smell the acrylic lol. I like this, but the other (thumbnail) looks good too, That one, the dress matches the architecture. I'm about to have a look.
Thanks very much, Madbat!

Thanks very much, iborg64!
