Description
The Bugeral star system has almost nothing to recommend it, except some frozen iceball worlds located in a convenient place for starships to refuel as they travel from between worlds in the League of Suns. They fuel those ships need is hydrogen, which is easy enough to extract from ice. And so Bugeral boasts a small town in orbit around one of those frozen worlds, providing fuel and other services to passing ships. The owner of the facility, and therefore also hereditary Lord Mayor of the town, is Dalton Throop, seen here with his daughter and heir Ardana.
The Throops were originally intended to be non-player characters for a Traveller game that never got off the ground (pun intended). I hope you'll enjoy the use I've made of them here.
