Description
The character and almost everything was modeled in zbrush, (except the smoke, the lamps and a few books). Everything was rendered in poser 11.2 and there is no post-work in this work. One single render in poser 11.2 (thanks to 'structure' I was able to do that, because poser 11.2 allows me to render such complex images).

Impressive. I have noticed that scene complexity doesn't lhave all that much effect on render time if you avoid unnecessary relections. Mainly you need plenty of memory.
