Description
This is on canvas board, on which I've unleashed my imagination.
All kinds of materials, both from nature and what I've collected elsewhere.
The background I first did with acrylic paint, in which several self-made texture is incorporated.

These collages are some of my very favorite creations, in your entire gallery. They have the same complexity and vitality of your fractals, and they're wonderfully physical. I love the variety of objects you put into these pieces. You even have safety pins here (veiligheidsspelds?), and berries? and leaves, and beads and tassels, etc. And you created bands/swaths of color and texture. That long chain (it looks like a bead chain) with the long leaves? It looks like a necklace with animal teeth on it: That makes a "spine" for your collage. And you have lots of red to the left of it, which makes a real divider for your collage. I love the blues and greens on the left, too---another separate section. (And you used fringes here too, all over the left side.) This is wonderful, Jacomina, it would be great on anyone's wall: People would stop and study it. Terrific!
