Description
Here I used all sorts of materials, such as a branch whose dates were off, shells, Honesty seed, leaves of which only the veins were left, etc.
I had a few drawings of which I cut parts out, and also a few failed acrylic-pouring paintings that I didn't like.
Simply torn to pieces.
And 'yes', again a disk of cucumber, just be a little crazy, and you'll get this.
I took the photo outside, and suddenly the sun was shining, this gave shadow to the image.
Hence you see slashes, it's the shadow of fake eyelashes that I've used also (twice).

I love your collages, and this one is magical. Yes, the light is strong, and it casts long shadows. It brings out the many textures you have here, and your many colors. It looks like a patch of beach, with many items washed ashore. I love the wool lace, and the lace textures of the leaf in the enter (you put them next to each other---good choice). And you have some fish shapes---they're wonderful, they almost look like tie-dyed patterns. And metal objects, and real sea objects, etc etc. The bottom surface looks like old plaster---its perfect. I'd put this on my wall in a second. Your collages are terrific, Jacomina. A whole world here...I can understand why you're attracted to fractals...

I have to say: An interesting and great job with the flat 3D objects. - And only the sunlight with the resulting shadows completes her interesting work. - Just great! ;)
