At least, I saw the front of this old Ford, and it gave me a giggle.
Immediately I knew, this will be my birthday present for our dear friend, Jeff.
I really miss you here, Jeff.
Like the beautiful pictures of Chard, your beautiful garden, and all the special places in your area.

I love that car Jacomina and I love the thought that you have remembered my birthday (78) even with all your own trials and tribulations. Who knows I might suddenly post here again sometime but at the moment I am very happy with Ipernity !!! I think of you and several other old friends on Rendo quite often.

I remember when you posted this...and I thought: Is this Jacomina's gallery??? The front of a Ford truck, lol??? You did a great job with it...you captured its big face, that great blue, and the way these trucks take over any photo they're in. And the bushes behind it---you turned them into a 'crown': terrific choice. And the light is bright white on an overcast day. I love Karel walking into the shot at the last minute (well, he looks like he's walking into the shot at the last minute). Terrific shot, and beautiful words. I see that Jeff appreciated it too. I have to remember this upload---I so rarely see truck-fronts in your gallery! I think the truck is smiling...
