When I saw the title, I thought of Bugs Bunny and worried he was roasting a rabbit. Glad it's just a fire. Nice job. I like the smoke.

With the title I thought of course of a Doctor hard to keep emotions to the side when real people are there and not in good health and possibly cannot be saved and they would need an escape. But maybe you meant emotions.. that need to be sorted. But a very feeling piece of art. Very nice work.
