My world seems to be crumbling alot lately, so many worries, with my mom, car, job and phone issues. Been trying to post but my phone says low memory cannot upload, then a few minutes later it's working.
My dear mother over the last three months has been feeling dizzy alot, she's had lots of blood tests hearing tests then finally a MRI last week, came back that she suffered from a stroke a few months ago. Has me worried highly, my car is breaking down and my job hours keep getting less. It's a PT job and normaly get 20 - 22 hrs a week which is perfect for keeping my medicaid benifits. But with the new stores they assigned me to I'm only getting 16 last week same week before, this week looks to be around 12 hrs.
There is not enough bread in stockroom to get me those hours. I guess will need to seek a different pt job with no more then 22 ' 25 hours so I can keep my health benifits.
My job also pays for gas mileage and on previous stores I did was getting pretty good gas allowance, now with my current stores to work at on days I work I drive about 30 miles but get paid for only 6 since you are not paid from house to my first store, they only pay gas allowance from store to store, and don't pay gas back to house from stores. 26 miles too and from stores twice a week, paid for 6 on my single shift day drive 12 miles get paid for 2. Bullchit!! Previously I was driving about 80 miles and getting paid for about 60 on my two day split shifts, my job is only a 3 day work week. Sun, wed, sat. Saturday being just 1 shift.
Depression is very high right now.

I assume your title is from the Doors...if so, another tribute to that great group...in those days, the high production values weren't in effect that we have today; and the groups sounded rawer, more 'messy'; but they also had a wonderful rush to them, a live feeling of exploding energy; and the Doors were one of the best...Love this bronze-tinged, rose-gold steampunk image: Love the detailed gears, tubes and rivets...and your model takes on that same rose-gold hue: She's beautiful here. And Iove that Mad Hatter's hat, with the clock and chain, etc. You even have her hair falling down in perfect sync with a lantern. This is expert work, Steve. And as I said in a note, I truly hope things start improving for you and your mom. The same thing happened to my dad, and he was fine after that; I hope the same's true for your mom. Man, it sounds like Fate and Crapluck are visiting you now... My little issues are nothing.. Got you mom and you in my prayers, bro - things have got to get better - you've had more than your share of crappy stuff. Hope you can find something that gets you the hours you need. There comes a point where a job just doesn't pay enough to make it worthwhile. Hope it improves for you very soon.

Since unfortunately only half of our "good friends" here read our comments, I feel, as you do in your case, concerning your work and the care for your sick mother, this is for me already more than shameful and disrespectful, but wait, these people still will also get their package to suffer and then who is there to give them courage? Nobody, because they will have earned what they deserved!
