Description
Charly looks through a broken window at the Route 66 Gardenway Motel (abandoned) and exclaims, "Oh, gross."
I guess we're not staying here.
The only thing that is not DAZ3D rendered is the broken window. That's an actual photo taken at the aforementioned motel. The glass was put in post as a layer. I had to mask out the hole in the window, and I crated a layer for Charly's reflection (and blended it in overlay mode).

sounds like a motel I stopped at in Wyoming. the window was not broken, but the room was so nasty. I did not stay there
I've seen my share of rat-traps. The worst ones I've ever stayed at where (1) in Tijuana, MX, (2) Normal, IL, and (3) Buena Park, CA (right behind Disneyland).
