Hello Rendosians ! First of all, thank you for your kind comments on my last image. I wish I could spend much more time on Renderosity but I have a lot to do at work... Nevertheless, I wanted to share this picture with you. It represents the Casa Milà in Barcelona : one of Autoni Gaudi most famous architectural work with the Sagrada Familia and Park Guëll. Casa Milà is also nicknamed "La Pedrera" wich means " The stone quarry" because of its shape. This building is very representative of Gaudi's style : no sharp edges and only curvy lines. Even the metalwork is remarkable ! The most famous parts of the building are the chimneys with their funny helmet : they look like ghostly soldiers... La Pedrera was built between 1906 and 1910 for Pere Milà y Camps and belongs to the Modernism style. Have a great day ! Hugs Virginie

Ah ! c'est là que le bourreau a pendu sa première victime, me semble-t-il ! Voilà un commentaire qui va laisser les non-initiés pantois ! Bâtiment étonnant et fort beau même si l'on ne souhaite pas qu'une ville soit entièrement constituée d'immeubles semblables ! Comme toujours ta photo est éclatante de lumière et de couleurs...superbe. Bravo El Raton !!!

Wow! Ton cadrage et la polarisation de la lumière font ressortir merveilleusement bien toute la plastique de l'édifice, avec ses courbes très liquides, on dirait que le mouvement de la houle maritime a été appliquée ici à l'architecture voulue par Gaudi. Ta série artistique du moment donne vraiment envie de visiter la capitale de la Catalogne ! Bravo, Virginie !
