Description
Tori grew up in the rarified air of the Southern Aristocracy. Afternoon teas, coming out balls and Cotillions were still traditional events. She never quite fit into that mindset but went along to keep the peace. She chose a college in California to get as far away as possible and stayed away with any excuse. After graduation she got a job doing Marine Research and traveled the World. When a job took her to The Gulf of Mexico, she figured it was time to see if there were any ties still left to the Antebellum home where her parents still lived. Arriving on her motorcycle, she stops to let the memories and ghosts settle before completing the long trip down the stately drive. She was about to find out if Thomas Wolfe was right.

Lovely capture of the mood / atmosphere. I guess so may thoughts might be going through her head looking at the house she left. Her parents will probably get a shock seeing her outfit and what she rode in but parents being parents will welcome her with open arms. Wonderful staging.

I love the story you have for this. It gives a whole other backdrop for her stance. The image really does capture what you wrote. (And I haven't seen the word "Cotillions" in, like, 2000 years.) She is so different from the home she's contemplating, one really does sense that she's from another world now. Great posture, and great job with her clothes; she's even got a tattoo! (That's gotta go over big with her family!) And the cycle is just right; and the angle is terrific. It gives her real motion...She's so different from the mansion she's about to enter. Terrific image to suit your narrative.
