Description
It was a fine morning. The sun was warm on her back, the flowers were dancing in the gentle breeze and her new husband was all she had hoped for. At the age of 25, Zola had been granted full access to her inheritance freeing her from the constraints set down by her Mother’s estate. The Hacienda with all its land and the fortune behind it were now hers. She could have gotten it all sooner, but that would have involved marrying the man her Mother had chosen and remaining married for at least 10 years. No amount of money was worth being tied to that weasel. Zola bided her time and the day after her 25th birthday, married a man who loved her for who she was, not how much she was worth. James might have been older but he was gentle, intelligent and at peace with himself. Yes. It was most assuredly a fine morning.
Daz put the Hacienda Hermosa set in the Fast Grab and I grabbed it. Great set and I only had to change the water texture to Iray to “update” it. I was going to zoom in a little to focus on the figures more, until I saw the reflection in the pool. I kind of liked that so I just let the camera alone.

Loved this story (I saw it when you posted it), and loved that she waited for the right guy, and the quality of the guy too. You created a very flowing outdoor area, I love the SW motif, and the shade, and the plants growing out of stone, and the lily pads (and her reflection). You composed this really well too. The curve of the pool is a perfect way to pull everything together. A really positive and peaceful image, a very attractive scene; with a great storyline to match.
I am just discovering your art, I love how you use normal people in great settings and tell a little of their story. Lovely work :)
