I WOULD GUESS THE CONDITION OF THE CHEVY AND THE HONESTY OF THE SALESMAN WOULD HAVE A LOT TO DO WITH THE FINAL OUTCOME. YOUR IMAGE IS REALLY GOOD.
sigh I remember the days when you could go to a new car dealer's lot, and go out the side or the back and find rows of what we referred to as "cheap seats" or "beaters with heaters." You could buy an older used car for $100. It might be rusty or rough around the edges, but it still ran and drove, and you could get a few years' use out of 'em without spending a buttload of money on it.
