We sprang Mother from the Rehab center Sunday morning dancing down the hall all the way to the door. She is doing very well (actually with a big, black boot not a cast). She can’t put any weight on the foot for at least three more weeks. My sister has whipped her house into a “gimp-friendly” environment and has ordered everything known to man to help make things easier and continue the physical therapy. She is doing the majority of caretaking since she lives less than a mile down the road. I will do the Tuesday/Thursdays so Ann can see to her own life. It’s going to take a while for things to get back to “normal” but at least Mother is home and happy. I want to thank all of you who sent your good wishes.
