That is the HMHM hair by red viper available on ShareCG as a freebie. Just type in red viper in the Poser tab search engine and you will see he has a lot of really cool stuff on there. I have this hair and his nene hair. I basically downloaded everything he had there, though I only use the hairs. I have no need for using Aiko 4 as an anime child, which most of his stuff is geared toward.
