I guess close counts for more than just hand grenades and horseshoes.
Most super markets here use carts with a money piece or token locks so it's rare that they stay out in the wild. Where i shop they don't use them but the free roaming carts, i can't recall seeing them there.
In my neighborhood, there are shopping carts walking around so I'm not surprised !!

The social demographics are changing too fast, for a few years; it results into social environment that is less cohesive. You will see more and more dangerous drivers and careless people. You illustrated a very mild example there. Good shot with a strong color contrast!
