Hi dear friends,
Here is someone juggling all kinds of different balls.
There is a Dutch expression that is called: All balls must keep in the air.
Which means: You have many responsibilities, many tasks on your list, many current projects and just two hands. How do you keep all balls high?
I guess in English they have the same proverb, as meaning of it?

You know that when the cicadas change from larva to adult leave a shell with its previous form, clinging to trees? This image reminds me of those shells that I find in March and April when I walk. This image makes me feel nostalgic and happy at the same time! Beautiful, Jacomina!

the English expression is "keeping all your balls in the air"..and it means the same as it does in Dutch. (A juggler keeping his juggling balls 'airborne' at all times...never letting anything slow him down...) This piece definitely has juggling balls. But it's also a multi-layered piece: You have those yellow petals (with other colors inside, including greens and dark tans, etc), and then you have a web over the petals, like a spider left its web on top of a yellow flower. Then you have berries or cherries around the edges. And you've made ink-like drawings of the fractal lines, for the background. And another textured background. This has so many layers of art in it, it's fascinating. A very complex and brilliant portrait of the many layers of nature, or of the mind. An amazing fractal.

It can keep one extremely busy keeping up with all the hard work of daily duties indeed.
