Description
My answer to the old addage that Information is Power, and a return to a prior series of mine (The last posting for this series was here: https://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/outfitted-for-the-field/2713270/?p). Here, one character is making an observation regarding an opponent with misinformation about a chemical used for empowering people-which this character is trying to find ways to deliver to more people).

Nicely illustrated. Though I must admit to a sneaking leaning toward an alternative adage of 'Misinformation is power."
Excellent work, though. :-)
