DAZ Studio + Photoshop + TOPAZ Filters (I love the Topaz Filters : they are really amazing)
The scene was rendered in DAZ Studio with 3 independant layers : the character only, the cat and the building, the cat only ; then I worked on the layers with different Topaz filters. The background is a free picture from Pixabay...
