Description
Lots of these around the Baltimore harbor.
Just killing time and electronic film as we wait for the air show being held in connection with Fleet Week 2018. The main feature for this year is the USAF Thunderbird team.

Usually it's the USN Blue Angels, but they've been booked by some other burg for this weekend.
So, we will look around the inner harbor area just off Locust Point site of Fort McHenry. We are taking advantage of an offer to board the S.S. JOHN W. BROWN, the liberty ship home ported in Baltimore, to view the air activities. We will take advantage of the lack of overwhelming crowd to visit the ship in more detail than we did the last time (also chronicled on this site).
The weather was very overcast, so the photography will be rather dark. I recommend FULL SIZE to inspect the photos and apologize for not noticing that the exposure was stuck on ISO/ASA 1600 -- can be grainy.
No more ado... let's see what the day brings.
Enjoy; thanks for viewing.

It looks like the birds love these places. I love the gray tones, even if you didn't plan them
Interesting set you've posted.
We have these too, lots of things falling down on our docks.
did a wonderful job with the lighting as is. hope the show was just as good as the Blue Angels. I saw them when I was a small boy and was impressed
Any capture of bodies of water has my vote!
