Wonderful concept and so well executed. I like the dolphins, they just continue to play despite the drama on the beach. Such things have no concern for them in their world.

I love the frame around a glowing old world, like he stepped out of it, into ours. The hues in the fram are glorious yellows, golds and oranges. And the hues in this world are a greenish lowering evening sky. It's very mysterious. As always, you clothe your model consummately, and have him standing like a real soldier of the realm, with that great red cape contrasting with his silver-toned armor. Looks like he just exited that other world, and is letting everyone know he's here. A great image for a children's book. And the details, on sand, water and in clouds, is wonderful.
(I just read this over. It's: "The details, on sand, water and in clouds, ARE wonderful." Hey, a good grammatical error is always fun...)
