Description
This is a commission.
The client requested my take on his character. She has electric powers. From the basic design she was giving me this 60s chic vibe, so I pushed it further and made her cloths sort of plastic/vinyl, which made me think is appropriate with her powers, they don't burn or get charged with static.
Anyway, I hope you like it.
I do commissions, send me a message if you are interested.
