In this picture, Oulieva is entering the laundering room of her master. Because Vlad has previously shown and explained this place to her, she already knows most of the things there, but things could be out of place. Solid and almost static objects, like the laundry machines and the baskets, are easy for her to identify and even to operate. She is seeing "something" in her way; she cannot identify that right away, but from the context, she assumes that the "things" are part of the laundry. At least, her advanced vision (because of her boxbrain) is helping her in avoiding most obstacles. I will try to explain, in a later post, why robotic vision is so difficult.
