As if she doesn't have an exciting job with more perks than an entire coffee shop, lots of high-tech toys, and an army of like-minded (and gorgeous) pals, now she has her own line of cologne... Sheesh...
Just a bit of fun with G4. I got a wild hair after seeing THIS IMAGE in my massive files of reference material. The water is a combination of a Poser render of just a flat plane with some displacement added, and a bit of hand painting in Photoshop. The sky was also painted in PS.

you did a great job with that ad, you caught all its essentials...but this one is more subtle, to me, because of the more modulated tones on her skin, the deeper peach and reddish hues, the greater mystery in her gaze, the sleeker body and gown, and so on. Beautiful light on her gown and body; that gaze---which isn't a big part of her personality (she doesn't act "above" people, usually)---is perfect for the product. She's selling her perfume, she's playing the part. The water and sky are in harmony with her rich gold-red-amber tones. And it's a classy, sexy, mysterious ad. And I'm impressed with your painting of that sky. (Do you think, when this shoot is over, that G4 will slip into jeans and a t-shirt, and say, "whew, back to normal life!") Great job, Rod.
