Description
Another endeavor into the world of Poser Superfly. One thing I haven't been able to figure out is how to save a "png" with a clear background. Also, unable to use the shadowcatcher by SnarlyG. It loads fine and a shadow appears, but I am unable to make the catcher itself invisible--it's white, ugh. So if anyone knows how to resolve any of these issues, I would love to hear from you. It's a snap to do these things in Poser 10. Why they would not include this in P11?

Guess Clint Eastwood would have had a magnum meltown facing her. Great pose and textures barb. If I decide I want my image saved as a png for use with another image or a bg to put it on. I don't have anything else in the render but the figure, hair, and outfit. No bg but that don't matter if you save as a png, also ground plane must be turned off, it will show In renders. I'm sure you know that. I'm not hip on shadow catching ideas. There us a shadow catch option under one of the folders, not at my computer so can't say exact one. Just experiment by checking it on or off if that's what your asking about. Hope This Helps OR Am I IN Another world?

I'm not familiar with the shadow catcher... Maybe it's not part of Poser Pro... I've found its better to save images as "jpg's" rather than "png's".

I am not useing EZdome very much. When yuo want to make a prop invisible you can do it in the material room or with the proporties, but then is your shadow catcher invisible. Maybe you use a texture for the shadow catcher.
If you like to render an image without a background, you must make the "GROUND" and the "BACKGROUND" in the material room with the "holdout" node invisible.

That was one of the frustrations I had with P-11 - that and the constant crashes... Looks like Knobby found the answer.
I've no idea about how to do things in Poser, but what I see here is fantastic!
