Description
This is a render I did earlier in the year thinking (of course) on the anniversary of the passing of the one and only Prince and trying to capture a sense of whimsy rather than sorrow or attempt a likeness. And you can't get more whimsical than a felt puppet. (Yes, I know that music critics in the 80s painted Prince as a moodier alternative to Michael Jackson, but I also know that Prince's music often makes me giddily happy as if I were a child watching Sesame Street.)
Sorry I didn't post it earlier in the year, but having a new job that requires excessive travel does eat into my time spent as an artist.
Post-processing consisted only of running the final render through the Online Analog Film Emulator.
Enjoy!
