We have been finding it outrageously hot these last few days, so I got out the fans, one in the bedroom and one downstairs.

HA!! She knows what is good for her :) We have cool weather 20C, but no wind, so it feels warmer. Still not bad.

both shots are perfect. And this one actually makes a fine contrast in line---Ellie forms a perpendicular to the bed, and a parallel to the bureau or closet (or whatever that is on the right), and perfect contrast to the white shag throw rug. Love the shots. And I know you've all had major heat this summer...I don't know how you make it without any a/c. Maybe living in a high rise makes it more imperative (only corner apts have cross ventilation), but I take my hat off to you for doing it with fans alone.
