Description

This is Kelly. She lives with my nephew, Jon. They've been together more than 15 years, and I thoroughly enjoy her. She's funny and irreverent and smart and loving, and she makes me laugh. Plus, she loves Jon and is good to him, which is always worth extra auntie points! :P I don't know what sort of game was being played at the time because I was in charge of taking pictures, but right after I got this shot, Kelly went into school-teacher mode (which is her profession) and was refreshing those who needed it on the properties of nouns and adjectives so that they could more effectively play whatever game they were playing! She's a hoot. :) .......... B&W conversion in Photoshop.

The picture is fabulous. The light on her is superb. But the image does not fit your description of her. Perhaps its the black and white and her expression. This has a pretty somber feeling to it.

This is a lovely B&W portrait, Tara. Leaving the open space to the right gives the impression she's concentrating, and ready to begin her impromptu 'lesson' for the day. A wonderful photo that tells us a lot about her personality.
