Description
Fred, the cockatoo, escaped from the house this morning and Acindina has been chasing him for hours. He seems to like the game and lets her get just close enough to touch him but not catch him. Fortunately he is getting tired and hungry, so Acidina may be able to get her hands on him this time. Her little brother is going to pay dearly for letting the bird get out.

Lovely render with such good lighting. It reminds me of my own parakeets getting out of their cage. Most of the time I could catch and return them, but one of my favorite birds disappeared forever. Still bothers me after all these years.

my childhood dog used to be like this cockatoo---he was so fast and sly, trying to catch him was like catching a trickster....Love the feel of this image...the decor feels very southwest, and she looks very native american, maybe mexican, maybe south american. Her skirt and top are beautiful, as is her long braid; and her skin tone harmonizes with the beautiful reddish browns behind her. And the cockatoo has that great bright yellow, which stands out brightly. And she's in just the pose to sneak up behind him...Another delicate human moment from you, as you do in all your images here...
