Love your writing - too funny! - Super "Mug Shot" of the culprit!
Great shot!
GEEE! It needs a good spanking once and for all. ;-/ Find the water pistol ! Wonder if it gets High from the flowers.
Naughty but they do make me laugh.
Those surveillance cameras are everywhere. A handsome scofflaw.
Superb capture Andrea. God bless.
I had to look up “going equipped,” which led me to an overview of the Theft Act of 1968, so while this doesn't qualify me to practice law in Enland and Wales, I at least have a bit of a grip on the concept. It’s simple enough, but it was new to me. Your perpetrator looks quite shifty, and is clearly not to be trusted!
Amazing information, thanks for sharing.
What a wonderful shot of the perpetrator .
Actually he dosen't seem to be bothered at all.

no shame whatsoever about doing the crime.... Great capture
this was ripe for a tale too, I laughed when you posted this. I too hadn't heard of "going equipped", and I haven't seen "scofflaw" (Mark) since years ago. (That's right up there with "rapscallion" or "periwig pated fellow".) I love the intrusion of the bird poking in from the left. And the patterns from the wisteria and branches against the bokeh'd background. I really love the shot---real counterpoint and jazziness. The bird doesn't seem to feel any guilt. He's probably thinking, "I got wings, lady---try and catch me!"
