great shot - do you have other POVs of it?
I love encountering these old steamers on display. Great find and photo, Richard!
Great find!!!
Great looking train and photo! Very well captured!
Beautiful locomotive.
Cool shot, looks an impressive beast.
Wonderful locomotive !!
It's very beautiful and very nice!
Cool!
I see online they seem to have a model train set inside too!
Fantastic shot.
Seems well maintained also, wonderful!
Good photo. As others have requested, so do I - more photos (if you have them). :-)
Very nice shot :)
Cool train, love the black color.
Excellent
Love this shot. I saw the version you posted for Mike, and it's hard to believe it's the same train, because it seems so much longer in that shot, whereas, here, your angle and foreshortening make it seem squat and more compact. You caught real massivity here. And I love how it seems to be bumping into the car on the road---it's not of course, but it looks as if that car better hot-tail it outa there if it wants to be in one piece in the next minute or two. A fine capture of the strange, beautiful beastliness of these old trains. The shadow on it makes it seem even more of a beast. The more recent shot has more 'poetry', while this has more mass. (And it's got "Chicago" in the title---always great for a Chicagoan like me...)
