Try putting a point light behind her head, and set the light's Attenuation (in the light's 'properties tab') to "inverse square." Play with the positioning and light intensity - you'll probably have to crank it down quite a bit. 100% with inverse square is like a nuke going off...

I think your frontal lighting and background work are perfect. A really great scene, all around, my friend !!! But, if you want to get that illusion of the moon light, Rods' hint is very good. That kind of lighting will give you that slight rim of light on her arms and shoulders plus it will filter through the fringes of her hair giving you a more realistic looking highlight on the outer edges (your front highlights are great, just the way they are). You will probably have to play around with the positioning and intensity of the point light to get just what you want. And, you may need more than one, in close proximity to each other, to get the look you're looking for.
