Description
This is the same lioness as my previous upload in the late afternoon in stalking mode and very focused on some buck down in the valley. We waited a long time but she did not hunt.

She is ready! Nice photo!
What a great shot. Not only is the lioness amazing, but the light in the grass is gorgeous.

Wonderful!
fabulous capture
Cool capture, Carin. The lioness waits in the tall grass for the ideal time to chase down her prey, all the while wondering why the male of the species doesn't do any of the hunting themselves, rather than leaving it up to the female.
A marvelous capture in the tall grass.
A fabulous image. Definitely needs to be zoomed. Better to hunt alone than have to share with a lazy male.
Beautiful.
Dreaming about a delicious meal, but got only water :-/ Superb shot.
