Description
During the family reunion dancing was performed by various groups throughout the afternoon, in this case by young girls. The dancers always faced the Matai (Chief). I got the impression that their skills were at different levels and sometimes older women (in case of the girls) or an older man helped along and often set the pace, in other words these get together served as a learning experience.
