A very edited Ziza by Thorneworks, and postwork is in Photoshop. I found the poem online and liked it, I couldn't however, find it's author.

Beautiful render. Her hair is excellent and the background fits in perfect. However, (and maybe it's just on my screen) the top part of her upper lip looks deformed. Other than that though, excellent work.
