Amazing character and great post work!
A fine portrait, with the look of oil paint, or even tempera on wood. A powerful portrait of a spirit who seems a big sad or yearning. You caught a powerful expression in her face...and fine details in her eyes, skin, hair, lips, etc. And fine deep blues and purples in the background, with a lot of pencil/pen technique as well. A fine portrait. And the fact that you gave us no more than a head-and-shoulders image is perfect: It makes us focus on her expression, which is the 'star' of this image.
