Some of your images leave your fairy tale kingdoms and futuristic worlds behind, and just concentrate on moments of love between family members, or lovers, or just the repose and tranquility of inner moments. This is one of the latter. The tone here is heavenly golds and ambers. It's rich in shadow. The water is sheer purple---beautiful against all these amber and beige-brown tones. You have some carefully placed saturated reds (the hearts on that doily, the green of the leaves. Beautiful accents of the small coves in the wall (with candles and that powerful gold light). And the figure that cuts right into it all---the woman. I say "cuts" with no negativity: She reminds us what all this is for. And given that there are two glasses, and a bucket with champagne (I assume that's champagne) (hey, if it's mouthwash, this couple is a lot classier than any couple I've known!), and the sense that soon her lover will join her. Beautifully done, with a very peaceful inward mood. You create so much with colors alone; the piece feels like a private invitation to love and tranquility.
