Description

By the time we got to the obligatory family group shots, I had taken about 600 pictures, my eyes were tired, I could barely focus, and we still had the wedding, dinner, and reception to get through! I put my camera away and left the rest of the picture-taking to others. Unless I come across something I just HAVE to share with you, this is the end of Diego and Brittany's wedding pictures. I've got another niece getting married in the fall. Hopefully between now and then I'll get to take a nap, and I'll be ready to do this again! :P Top: Mira, who officiated, is Trent's best friend from high school Trent, ,Brittany's father and my brother Brittany Diego David, Trent's husband Robby, Mira's fiance Middle: Diego and Brittany with Diego's family Parents, brother and sister-in-law, and sister Bottom: Diego's father and mother Diego and Brittany Brittany's mother and step-father Brittany's father and step-father I've made several albums here on RR, which helps me to sort images and keep confusion (mine) to a minimum. This is pretty handy when I'm talking to somebody who wants to see something in particular (like Brittany's wedding pictures) and I can pull up the album on my phone and show them what they want to see. It saves all the wait time while I search (and search and search) for what I'm looking for. Thanks to those of you who commented and seemed to enjoy these pictures! :) I felt like I was sort of foisting family shapshots off on you, but I really wanted to get them all in the album. I'm glad you came along for the ride!

very impressive and beautiful people! all-in-all, it sounds like everyone had fun and that everything went beautifully. thanks for sharing the happy event with us - it does sound like a long nap is definitely needed

Very beautiful family pictures and how wonderful for everyone to look back on in the future. This has been a lovely series that I have really enjoyed. Thank you for sharing. You will need to take a rest for Christmas before the next wedding. 😀

lol Mark (going into training), and, with the others, I too thought this series was the cat's meow. I loved every bit of it, and I'd have been fine if you'd posted all 600. These 3 shot have what so many of the others had: Tonal delicacy, beautiful whites, rich darks, wonderful light, brittany looks flowing and radiant in every shot, as she does in all the others you took of her; great smiles without looking pretentious or forced, and a sense of ensemble that's natural and flowing from one person to the next. Love the clarity of hues---not easy in shots with lots of shadow. I loved this series---you didn't bore me an ounce.

(And thanks for the lineage: Like with Lucinda (where I finally wrote, "send me a LIST! I can't follow all these names, yikes!" ((she wrote about relatives in the time of Beowulf! How was I supposed to follow???)), I can save this list and refer back to it whenever I need a refresher. I love this montage, and it was a great series!
