Description
Vicky is out for a little four wheeling in the fresh snow and encounters a contest of wills between two elk. Should she just wait for them to give up or gun the engine and attempt go force them out of her way? What’s a girl to do??
Another “clearing” image. Did this one about a year ago with just plain V4 testing the footstep/tracks tool by Nerd3D from Hivewire.

Wonder what I'd do if I saw two elk acting in this way. Probably leave them alone. :)
you can go into your old images anytime...this has a lot of light in it, and the whites on the trees are luminous, and they sky is a real winter sky with those dark mid afternoon tones. And her bright pink coat is fine contrast with all that white. As for what she should do---I'd love the two elks to turn around and say "this is a family matter, lady, move on!" (Or, better, "can you loan me 12 bucks? this elk is driving me crazy...") (and there's no pun on "bucks"---I only mean dollars!) The scenery here is like a fairy tale image, or like some of those old 19th C Currier and Ives pieces. It has real charm and magic.
I would wait. This is a rare experience for a human to witness and these combats do not last that long.
And I is such a lovely day, time enough to press on later.
