I have to assume that getting poses like this takes intuition, time and experience. It's a subtle pose, it's got a kind of emotional gesture, she seems to reach out, but she's also lost in her thoughts, and her body shows all that at the same time. As always you work with clothes beautifully (and choose them that way too). And a complex surface to that pedestal...all on a green tile floor. (Pinks and greens are natural contrasts on the ol' color wheel...) Sweetness and poise and simplicity...
