Looking from Naco, Chochise County, Arizona, USA through the fence into Naco, Sonora, Mexico. The U.S. Congress officially established Naco as a Port of Entry on June 28, 1902. The port is open 24 hours per day. About 20 years ago when we worked down here while verifying waterright claims on the San Pedro River a few miles to the west, this port was open and one could easily walk across the border into Naco.
