I got this fantastic rendering tip from mazzam after my last two images. I agree with him that the shadows were too sharp and distracting. Just look at my previous two images to see what I mean. Using mazzam's tip, I set the shadow blur radius to 6.8. I am very pleased with how it improves the overall appeal of this image. Thank you very much, mazzam, for sharing your experience with me. I greatly appreciate you doing so! What follows is the tip: "When I use point lights I set the shadow blur radius to a value between 5.0 and 8.0. Shadows are present but not distracting. When I use spot lights indoors I use depth map shadows which look much more like stage lighting, also with soft shadows." M4 characters. Rendered in Poser Pro 2014. Post work in Photoshop 7.0.
