Description
doing more work with shaders - this image evolved to show a fae pleading (for what has been lost for centuries) but a special statue was made in her honor.

so much here, full size. I have no idea what "shaders" are---but whatever they are, this is a very creative concept. I love that thing she's kneeling on, it's like water that's been frozen stiff. And the patterns are actually like the patterns ancient chinese artists painted to imitate water (and spirits). She's kneeling on it---and it's sitting in a little bend in a landscape. I love how you mix surreal and real with such ease. Also, full size there's real nuance to the light and shading on the leaves. And love how those tree roots go in and out of the 'water chunk', and the fae's wings are like Chihuly glass---in fact the whole fae is. Very creative work once more.
