I like the color effects, and her expression. The lighting is also contributing nicely to her pensive mood. However, the lettering has issues. The caption is just too small. I could barely read it. And the shape of her thought balloon is just odd. There's a reason that pro letterers tend to keep balloons simple, and center the text in the balloon: It's just easier to read. The way you've laid out the text kind of resembles poetry, and since that's not what you're doing, it's distracting. I'd suggest looking at any pro comic and copying what they do. This is a great panel with nice design and coloring -- the last thing you want is to distract us with odd lettering choices. Anyway, that's just my two-cents on the subject. I really do like what you're doing here. The dialogue is good and it fits the scene nicely. All in all, good work.
