Very cool.
What a fantastic planes... Fantastic capture also !!!
fabulous capture
Great shot! I love watching these birds take off. They seem to lumber into the sky without speed enough to do so. Amazing airplanes.
Cool, great capture!
Surely, they're too awkward to fly? I'm sure you can tell me exactly how many feet of runway they need when fully loaded. :P :D
Tara, I hate to disappoint you. I could only tell you the approximate take off length it takes, but so could Bill!
Superb capture my friend. God bless.
Amazingly big, as you've captured them here. I wonder what load they can take? An M1A1 Abrams? Or more)? Keep up the good work! :-)
cool
Now I like me a C-17. Hated riding in C 130s, disliked the one time I was in a C-141, but nothing but rock-steady power in a C-17. Gives a great ride, far as military transport aircraft go. @T.Rex - It can carry one combat-ready M1 or two in "transport configuration" with no ammo no fuel and the modular armor removed.
