Description
This old house has been standing empty for about twenty or more years and it is slowly deteriorating. It has a good concrete foundation, but the wood framing is slowly caving in. It is located along Arlington Canal Road in Arlington, a small agricultural community along the Old Highway 80 southwest of Buckeye and north of Gila Bend. All activity in the area is related to agriculture, growing crops and raising dairy cattle. And everything produced here is based on market conditions. Often the cost of pumping water and growing a crop is higher than what the end product brings on the market.
